“Aging with health & enjoyment.” 
By 2050, residents aged 65+ are projected to rise over 40% of the Japanese population. We researched and proposed an future campaign, utilizing the hot spring water resource, to create a more considerate and meaningful water brand, with the line of products fulfilling the demand for aging populations, including travel reservatory, drinking water, and more water-related product metrix.

What comes to mind when you think about the next 10 to 15 years?






















MARKET RESEARCH: AGING SOCIETY IN 2050s



We found since 2015, there world started an irreversable journey of aging society. Yet, the problem should not only be considering how to “resolve” this issue, but also keeping on with the new demand and consumption patterns within the status, and shift our focus in designs on facilitating the need of this target audience group. 

More importantly, we should start at this moment, by utilizing the current resources and design for the future in 2025, we can be better prepared for the future to come in any moment. I found Japanese hot spring as a perfect starting point of maximizing the benefits of water though a diverse range of applications. 


With rich interviews and market research, we converged 4 main existing and potentially never-ended demands based on water. Once again proved the importance of water in longevity and community-building.
